SB1:
1. Bans elective abortion completely
2. Includes exceptions "to prevent a substantial permanent impairment of the life of the pregnant woman" or in cases of rape or incest

3. In cases of rape or incest, it allows for abortion until 12 weeks for individuals under the age of 16 and 8 weeks for individuals over the age of 16
4. In cases of rape or incest it requires the victim to sign a notarized affidavit attesting to the incident
