1/n To make XEN better and fairer, we released XEN on Aptos with some improvements:

2/n Limit the maximum circulation; when supply > 1Billion, the output coefficient decreases sharply; when the issuance > 2Billion, stop mint;

3/n In order to increase the cost of Sybil attack, each address can only be mint once

4/n The time factor has been adjusted from the original maximum value of 3000 to 20, which is reduced by 0.1 per day; this improvement greatly improves the fairness and makes the distribution of XEN more even;

5/n The stake interest rate is adjusted every 9 days, the highest APY remains unchanged, 20%; the lowest APY is adjusted from 2% to 0.2%;

n/n XEN is an important part of #Aptos ecology and #SeaProtocol ecology.
