A segment in the Al Jazeera Investigations @AJIunit#LabourFiles 'documentary' maliciously and falsely attempts to link a well-known Jew to violent threat on Facebook to disgraced barrister Damian McCarthy.
We set the record straight 🧵
Contrary to McCarthy's claim, official records show that since 29 July 2019 he was the owner of Nationwide Employment Lawyers (NEL), not his "stepdad".
We obtained a copy of the dossier that was sent in April 2020 to Howell John, founder and, at that time, a director at NEL.
Also, McCarthy claims that the dossier was sent through to a "private email address", that's not entirely true either.
The dossier containing examples of McCarthy's antisemitic Facebook posts and comments was sent to Howell John's company email address and to his Web-based email account.
The screenshot copy that was shown in the 'documentary' included McCarthy's antisemitic comment associating the Jewish state with unsubstantiated allegation of paedophilia. This was conveniently omitted by Al Jazeera.
Ironically, in December 2017, McCarthy shared that same "horrendous" "awful" screenshot on his Facebook page and with thousands others in numerous Facebook groups including the "Labour Party Forum" and "Supporting Democratic Socialism".
More information on Damian McCarthy's antisemitic abuse:
The makers of this travesty of truth 'documentary' Phil Rees, Richard Sanders @Richard42714953, Kevin Hirten @kdhirten, and Lydia Morrish @lydmorrish should hang their heads in shame.
McCarthy may no longer be a member of @UKLabour but he is a member of Unite the Union @unitetheunion in Brighton and can vote in leadership elections.
Message us if you wish to join us in reporting him to Unite.

🧵In this video, prominent members and supporters of the Defend Our Juries and Palestine Action campaigns openly encourage members of the public to break the law and join a proscribed terrorist organisation. Most of the individuals featured in the clip have previously faced multiple arrests and court appearances for acts of civil disobedience and criminal damage, and some have also reportedly been arrested under the UK Terrorism Act. We have identified most of those who chose not to disclose their full names. @TerrorismPolice
Noah Crane, an environmental activist involved with Just Stop Oil, has been arrested multiple times for public disruption and was reportedly arrested in connection with support for Palestine Action, a proscribed organisation under UK law.
Marji Mansfield, a former banking consultant, has been arrested multiple times under the Terrorism Act for expressing support for Palestine Action and acts as a spokesperson for Defend Our Juries.
The individual behind the antifascistactionuk's account on Instagram who reportedly called Helen Mirren “evil Zionist b*tch” has been identified as Tom Carroll.
Oxford student Samuel Williams has been charged with stirring up racial hatred following his chant, 'Put the Zios in the ground.' We are still waiting to hear of a similar outcome for Norbury school teacher Aiyla Zaidi, who shouted, 'Death to all Zionists,' on the streets of London.
Here is the video footage of Aiyla Zaidi, a teacher at Norbury School (@norburyschool) in Harrow (@harrow_council), who we believe is suspended pending an investigation, shouting over a megaphone, 'Death to all Zionists.' Unlike Samuel Williams' case, this incident from August 2025, which we also highlighted, was not covered by mainstream media; so her explicit call to violence seems to have gone unpunished by @TerrorismPolice and @metpoliceuk.
Now Aiyla and her 'comrades' appear to believe that she is the victim of targeted repression.
🧵We have identified individuals behind the extremist Muslim group 'Deen1fied' who plastered Birmingham with 'Zionists Not Welcome' signs. Some are believed to have links to Hizb Ut Tahrir. Cc. @BrumPolice @WMPolice
Usama Ghanem and other violent thugs from the Association of Student Activism for Palestine (ASAP) disrupted a talk by Faezeh Alavi earlier this year, and we have identified most of them.
🧵 Update on Nadia Jaglom, the Woman Who Removed Hostage Ribbons
It looks like the BBC is running a deliberate PR cover for Nadia after she disgustingly cut down hostage ribbons.
On BBC Radio London (@BBCRadioLondon) with Luxmy Gopal (@luxmy_g), Nadia Jaglom attempted to justify her actions, throwing around fictitious claims of “genocide” and the “Nakba,” among other lies. Even more disturbingly, she referred to the yellow ribbons as “political.”
The entire segment felt like a scripted PR piece, with little intervention from the interviewer.
Since the BBC (@BBCNews) won’t question her, we will.
Nadia claims to be a Palestinian Jew; however, publicly available records indicate she isn't Jewish and her husband is Palestinian - which does not make her Palestinian.
Nadia is twisting reality when she says people want to silence her because of her identity. This has nothing to do with her “identity” but with her horrific behavior.
Perhaps Nadia’s journalist mother could explain the role she played in helping friends and colleagues cover her daughter’s story so favorably.
