Supertrend (10,2)
RSI
Volume.

Add a Horizontal Bar at 50k for Banknifty Fut

Add a Horizontal Bar at 125k for Nifty Fut

Time Frame - 3 Min.

For Buy
➡️2 consecutive green candle
(volume more than 50K for BNF)
(volume more than 125K for NF)

➡️RSI between 50-75
➡️BNF Price>VWAP
➡️Super trend is giving a buy signal
➡️Entry- Start of the 3rd candle
➡️SL below the low of first candle
➡️TF-3min

1.Poor Position Sizing
To Buy a Banknifty 300 Rs Call option
You need only 7500 Rs

Whereas to sell the same Option you need 145k.

So if you have 5 Lac Capital
You can buy up to 1500-2000 qty BN Option,
You can Sell only 75-100 qty.

Maximum Option Buyers does the above mistake.

They deploy their full fund in a single trade.

But due to huge position sizing
They are in a tense situation
And can't control their nerves.

Results in a
Quick Profit Booking
&
Large Losses.

Because they can't simply accept the losses,
As the losses are huge.
