macOS Ventura 13.0 (22A380) is now available!!! 🎉🥳

The Ventura pubic release build number is (22A380). This is the same build version as RC2.

So if you installed RC2 you are on the public release!

If not, remove the beta profile and install 13.0 (22A380) Image
Along with Ventura, Apple has also released Mobile Device Update 1.0.0.0 Image
The Apple Configurator xml url for Apple Silicon IPSW restores has been updated.

This means if you use Apple Configurator 2 to restore an M1/M2 Mac, Ventura 13.0 will be installed. Image
The new Ventura upgrade system is LIVE!🎉

If you are on Monterey 12.3+ you will be able to install macOS Ventura via a 4GB delta update!!!

🚨NOTE: if you need the full installer for 2nd vol, ext drive or USB installer - don't use system prefs as it will upgrade your main Mac! Image

Apple has released the Apple Silicon M1/M2 IPSW restore file for Ventura 13.0!

Apple has not released a Monterey 12.6.1 IPSW file yet, but don't count on it.

Big Sur 11.6 was the final IPSW released when Monterey 12.0.1 went live.

Almost 4 hour check in on Ventura launch day.

The Ventura launch has been great so far! I've not seen any upgrade or update issues reported.

Props to all the Apple Engineers who worked on Ventura!

Also thanks to the Apple Enterprise team for helping with the Ventura upgrade.

Heads up for anyone testing Universal Control on Monterey 12.4 & iPadOS 15.5 Beta.

Known Issues
Universal Control in this release isn’t compatible with macOS 12.3 and iOS 15.4.

Workaround: Use Universal Control between macOS 12.4 beta and iOS 15.5. (91136128)

This is new in macOS Monterey 12.2*/12.3!

Software Update inside the setup assistant.

The update window tells me that this brand new Mac Studio is not on 12.3 😳

I will have to restart the SA to find out what "Continue" does

Will we be able to update before starting DEP?

The Mac Studio is shipping with a custom forked version of macOS Monterey!

macOS Monterey 12.2 (Build 21D2048)

Apple never made this build available as a IPSW or full installer download

Users might be surprised to find that Universal Control is not available in this build
