You are not an outcast. You are not alone.

Millions of people are being awakened and a tidal wave of truth is coming.

You have to be insane to be normal today and all the weirdos are winning.

Thank you for all the support 💓🐮
Unfortunately today you have 2 choices: conform to mediocrity and stay popular or follow the truth at all costs and alienate yourself

my friends, family, ex gf thought I was crazy for eating red meat, getting lots of sun, quitting my job...
Hopefully this milestone can help to give you confidence that you are not truly alienated for the truth will always win.

The more i learn about alcohol the more i want to quit

Alcohol poisons your brain, and that is why you feel drunk. It shrinks neurons, destroys your gut barrier, and leads to loads of inflammation. It depletes NAD levels, critical for longevity and ruins your sleep.

A thread:
Alcohol in any quantity is likely bad for you.

However, most of the issues stem from chronic usage.

Infrequent alcohol usage every now and then probably isn't the worst thing in the world.

Here's how it affects you and how to mitigate the damage

We are living an an estrogenic Chernobyl.

The world is being flooded with billions of tons of toxic endocrine disrupting chemicals that are killing us silently and almost impossible to avoid.

Let me explain:
Because of pure f**king neglect, we've released massive amounts of synthetic chemicals into the environment.

Often the case is that we find out 20 years later that we were being poisoned by something -- like PCB -- but given our carelessness they still remain for years.
90% people metabolically ill
Testosterone down 50%
Sperm count down 60%
Progesterone levels declining
Estrogen dominance increasing
Diabetes increasing
Mental illness skyrocketing
Cancer increasing

I believe all of these issues can be linked to the flood of synthetic chemicals

Quitting caffeine won't make you healthier. Enjoy it.
Usually when someone is having trouble with caffeine they're already incredibly stressed and drinking it on an empty stomach.

Drinking your coffee after a big breakfast with lots of carbs and protein will help tremendously.
I believe caffeine is super beneficial.

Of interest to men, this study showed that it increased Testosterone by 68% and DHT by 57% (the most potent male androgen)

Just read the Sermon on the Mount for the first time. Shook. Should be mandatory reading.
Incredible message of universal love, letting go and faith in the divine will
