Pepper your angus, it’s time.

I made $173k from 7 different revenue sources in October. This is up $32.2k from last month.

In the following thread, I’ll cover...
- Revenue sources
- YTD and AVG performance
- General thoughts on the respective businesses

ps: ask me anything👇
Here are the highlights..
YTD: $1,873,675
AVG: $187,367
Margins: 73%

Weight: 85 kg (-1 kg from Sept)
Height: 188 cm
Overall mental health: Solid, very content with where I am in life.
Current location: Taipei, Taiwan
$89.1k from Binance affiliates, up $53k from Sept. Got lucky this month, pretty sure one of my referrals is a market maker. Was paid like $10k a day for a couple of days. Image
$58.9k from agency work at Indexsy, this is up $4.4k from Sept.

Quite happy with the final numbers especially since we lost a client this month. The reason for leaving wasn't performance, but rather they found someone cheaper in an Asian country.

I'm sure they'll be back. Image
$12.5k from my 8-unit short term rental property in Lisbon. This is down $7.9k from last month. The drop is 100% from seasonality, however, there are some reports of rental vacancies around the world. Nothing here yet.

Anyone else seeing this? Image
In case you care, as it's an FAQ, here are the details of the purchase:
- 30 years fixed mortgage @ interest of 2.4%
- Monthly payments of 3.4k Euros
- Purchase price: 1.5m Euros
$8.5k from Amazon associates, this is up about $1.4k from September, but down $55.4k from highs in February 2022.

Google clapped tf out of my sites, F in the thread to pay respects. Image
$5.5k from Mediavine, this is up $500 from last month. Solid jumps in our main site right now.

Blended RPMs: $25.9
Sites on Mediavine: 4 Image
$3.4k from VPN affiliates, this is up $1.6k from last month. Will start creating YouTube videos for this business, seems to be way too easy of a channel to ignore.

Friendly reminder to get on that.
$239.81 from Ezoic, testing things out with @NicheDown's account manager. With his help, our RPMs are going up.

Will do a proper test between Ezoic vs Mediavine and do a video on this.

Blended RPMs: $4.8 (lol I guess still a work in progress)
Sites on Ezoic: 2
@NicheDown That's it for this month, if you like seeing someone bring transparency in an industry where everyone is ambiguous give me a follow 👀 @indexsy.

Oh and I'll give my thoughts on why our KS failed in my newsletter which is coming out in the next couple of days. Image

Email scraping is the most overlooked way to scale your cold emails to $10k/mo

Here's my complete SOP to scrape over 100k emails per day (bookmark for later): Image
Before we get started, if you're going to consume my free content

The least you can do is give back

1. I'm going to start at the most important part.

Validating your emails. What does that mean?

Even after exporting from the tools I'm about to mention, a lot of the emails will bounce because employees have quit etc.

YOU NEED TO VALIDATE THEM. MORE THAN ONCE. SOMETIMES EVEN THREE TIMES.

I personally use Verimail (Appsumo LTD), but most people use something like NeverBounce. This just checks that your email can be sent.

If too many emails bounce = your campaign is cooked because your domains will get blacklisted etc.

So after you export your emails, remember to validate.

Why not start with Localrank .so?Image
1. Exact match domains work SO well (sadly)
Eg. Vancouverseocompany .com will most likely outrank indexsy .com despite

This is true for both organic AND local seo

You’re low key better off rebranding to an EMD right now lol Image

Cold email copywriting is the most important part of scaling cold emails to $10k/mo

Here's the complete formula to get a 10%+ reply rate (bookmark for later): Image
Before we start, we need to talk

1. The 3-Part Structure

Every great cold email comes down to this:

Personalization (or pattern interrupt)

Value prop (aka the offer)

CTA (low friction, easy reply)

You’re not writing essays. You’re trying to spark curiosity. That’s it.
