Kung mapatunayan na May dayaan noong eleksyon sa pamamagitan ng pag areglo ng transparency server, Sabi nila Dapat daw manalo ang Hindi nandaya.

Ang Sabi ng mga abogado na kapag mapatunayan na May malaking dayaan Hindi Basta uupo ang Pangalawa. Ang susunod na Kilos po daw ay mag file another petition to possibly request for another election but this is contentious po.
Marami pa po Pwede mangyari.
Papano pag deny ang petition natin. Yan po ang Pinagusapan namin
Kaya po sa court of public opinion at ang taumbayan na po mag husga .

There is a major reasoning flaw in Mr. Lito Averia’s article in Manila Times entitled “Private IP Addresses in the COMELEC Raw Files”.
He assumes that ALL 107,000 VCMs are inside a Private Network with limited access to the internet. Thus a Network Address Translation (NAT) router is needed so that the 107,000 VCMs can share the limited block of Public IP addresses made available to
the Private Network by the Telcos/ISPs.
But ALL the 107,000 VCMs ARE ALREADY IN THE PUBLIC NETWORK! There is ABSOLUTELY NO NEED for a NAT in transmitting their ERs to the COMELEC Servers because, as Mr. Averia stated in his article,

Wala na po ilalabas na transmission logs ang Comelec at iba pang involved last election. HINDI nila ginamit at SINUNOD ng TAMA ang MACHINE, SYSTEM at PROCEDURES sa pag-conduct ng AES to MANIPULATE the result through TAMPERING the votes inside SD Card and through BYPASSING
the procedure of electronic CANVASSING (CCS). Kaya kahit anung piga sa kanila, nag-hihintay na lang po tayo sa wala. Better to file a case po against Comelec re ELECTORAL SABOTAGE.

It is so sad that so-called IT experts would besmirch their reputations by giving statements on the observed irregularities in the 2022 Election by saying illogical, sometimes, untruthful statements just to defend COMELEC.
