They publicly announced that COMELEC will show the Transmission Logs to prove that there were actually 20M+ votes transmitted by VCMs in the first hour after voting closed at 7pm on May 9, 2022. On March 23, 2023, COMELEC posted on its website the List of the 2022 NLE Raw Transmission Logs. When we pointed out to COMELEC that what they posted were NOT Transmission Logs of VCM transmissions but Reception Logs of the Server received data,

The “Transmission Logs” shown by COMELEC to the public on its website are actually Reception Logs, being deceptively labeled by COMELEC in the media as Transmission Logs. The first picture shows a Transmission Report of a VCM assigned to a clustered precinct located at Malanday Elementary School, Barangay Malanday, Marikina City, with Precinct ID 74020046. Note that the time of transmission was 20:05:04 on May 9, 2022.

It is precisely the Reception data of the Servers that are being questioned. We need the VCM Transmissions data to check whether the unbelievable 20M+ votes counted in the Transparency Server (TS) in the first hour after voting closed at 7pm on May 9, 2022, were actually transmitted by the VCMs.
