2. The role of #WomenInPolitics, in business & in the homes, cannot be overemphasized. In Nigeria however, number of Women In Politics is abysmal, men dominate our Public life. However, Peter Obi & LP lead the way in the number of women in key decision-making roles.
3. As Governor, Peter Obi Administration guaranteed Affirmative Action for Women in governance. Obi will replicate that in Aso Rock. The APC as you know it, they have no respect for Women. Women have no place in their Campaign Council. Strongmen dominate everything in there.
4. For Kashim Shettima, he is infamous for saying “Nigerian women must be suffering from Stockholm Syndrome, if they don't vote for Tinubu.” SO HOW DID WE GET THERE? We have to have an explanation for that. Women are Change-makers in our own right, stats don’t lie.
5. Kashim forgot the stellar Doctor Ameyo Adadevoh & Prof. Dora Akunyili so soon? How about Dr. Amina Mohammed, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Dr. Oby Ezekwesili. Are they not Women enough? Shettima must be called to order. Some of his utterances are provocation taken too far.
6. Now before I close, I’ll leave you with sound bite from the man who has unquestionable respect for Womenfolk.
