All thanks to partial miniblock execution.

All the network can be faster thanks to the new mainnet upgrade with heartbeat V2.

Faster data processing, redesigning the network state.

State synch will no longer be needed, thank to new researches being made.

Major improvements coming for both efficiency and security.

Pushing for 16k TPS per shard, 50k TPS with current number of shards.

Faster tx finality: enhanced security and resilience. (Wow)

Safeguarding accounts against theft:
-2FA-lime mechanism with open source co-signers (preventing from private keys being stolen).

Advanced scaling method with sovereign creation kit.

A separate chain used for different use defi use-cases.

Elrond started 1000x from other blockchains.

Continued with 2x improvements.

Talking about the Elrond virtual machine WASM engine.

Some technical explainations about it.

It's now able to process 3623 swaps per second pure VM performance.

They're working on a compostable architecture.

Solving composability was solved in a sharded environment by Elrond.

Now next step after 2 years of work they're launching a new major upgrade to implement in the VM and protocol level.

Smart accounts: other blockchains addressed store balances and not many more Infos.

But they can be a key value store.

Talks about Esdt token standard changing things, not needing smart contracts solving composability problem.

Technical explainations on ESDT capabilities and functioning:

-Tokens(NFTS, currency, data) on Elrond are owned by the account itself, not a smart contract. True ownership.

Talking about the needs of language in web3

1- Clarity: explorers, readable data (easy smart contract syntax). Smart contracts contains only the minimum needed, making them easy to understand and fast.

2- Efficiency: ready for a billion users, meaning big numbers handled by the network. This is why smart contracts are slim, down to 500B.

3- Precission: No security problems on Elrond. Language is precise, this mean it works as intented; no bugs, no vulnerability, no exploits.

4-Composability: Mix, merge and match things. Calling smart contracts is easy, making communication easy between them thanks to syntax.

5- Power: Language is power. Allowing building blocks: Dex, launchpad, marketplace, DNS herotag etc.

All these things allowed to start building one thing after another, from one idea to big products being made.

Talking about UX/UI.

Dapp-core, the starting place to start developing on Elrond.

New web wallet, to be added to Maiar app. With the new feature, the 2FA.

Right now there are two defi wallet, the web wallet and maiar extension.

They first launched the web wallet, the web explorer and the growth dashboard.

They'll release a new dashboard with new datas (finally!), a new version of Elrond growth.

2.5mil trades being processed since launch.

The most important thing is LKMEX which is an SFT, semifungible token, with a lot of freedom and opportunities.

But they knew what they did wasn't enough, MEX tokenomics only covered 1 year.

Maiar Dex becomes Xexchange.

There is a misalignment between the growth of the Dex and the token. So they'll improve the value accrual mechanism.

Introducing Energy to charge LKMEX. K

Key point is that the more you lock MEX, the more energy it stores.

Energy points:
365 days: 1x ep
730: 2x ep
1460: 4x ep

The more you lock, the more energy points.

LKMEX features:
-Discharging
-Speeding the discharging
-Recharging
-Unlocking
-Transferability

LKMEX can now be unlocked any time paying a fee that goes to LKMEX holders and burned.

MEX will remain as it was.

LKMEX has new mechanisms. It can no longer be transferrable, with the need to unlock it to move it.

But there will be some cases when it will be transferrable:
-Wallet of the same users, waiting 30 days
-Hot wallet to cold wallet
-Inside maiar dex
-To third party applications if they pass a governance vote from the community.

Only LKMEX will be avaible for staking, but with fewer supply for that.

Fewer tokens to staking that wasn't helping the Dex much.

Metabonding is changing, you no longer have to stake them but get tokens based on energy levels.
