210+232+565 is over 1007+ years of combined Imperial rule by the Chalukyas alone, without adding Sangameshwar House which ruled nonstop upto 1500s.
Manapura Rashtrakutas have 173 years of Rule
Manyakheta Rashtrakutas have 229 years of Rule
Saundatti Rashtrakutas have over 375 Years of Rule
Kakatiya Rashtrakutas have over 523 Years of Rule
It comes to over 1300+ Years of combined Imperial Rule by the Rashtrakutas.
The 1st Chalukya empire came to power after Nalas & Moriyas united and weakened their Suzerain Manapura Rashtrakuta Empire Throne.
The 2nd Chalukya empire (West Chalukyas) came to power after Parmaras had weakened their Suzerain Manyakheta Rashtrakuta Empire Throne.
In 1st case, Nrupa Jayasimha Chalukya beat back the Nala & Moriya invaders to Konkan, and overturned the Mane Rashtrakuta authority, establishing Vatapi Chalukya Empire.
In 2nd case, Ahavamalla Tailapa Chalukya beat back the Paramara traitors, and directly took over Manyakheta.
Restorer of Rashtrakuta Empire in Deccan, after defeating Badami Chalukyas, Dantidurga was half Chalukya from his mother Bhavagana's side.
Restorer of Chalukya Empire in Deccan, after defeating Manyakheta Rashtrakutas, Tailapa II was married to a Rashtrakuta Princess Jakavva.
We have 2,307 Years of ruling between just 2 Maratha Clans.
There are also noted patterns of two branches of the SAME Deccani Kshatriya clan ruling simultaneously at the same time.
At no point of time did Dakshinapatha EVER suffer from a vacuum or lack of State:
Rashtrikas (Rashtrakutas) of Ashmaka Mahajanapada were brought under Pataliputra Mauryas.
Usurpation of Pataliputra by Shunga led to Kanvayanas of Deccan breaking off from Pataliputra Authority...
...
Magadhan migrant King Satavahana's son Shrimukha defeated Kanvayana Emperor Susharman and established Satavahana dynasty.
Satavahana decline was followed by rise of SamutapĀdityaRājvanshi Vakatakas.
Vakataka territory was then soon parcelled out by Manapura Rashtrakutas...
Manapura Rashtrakuta authority was weakened first by Harishena Vakataka, then by Vishnukundin Madhavavarman I's conquests.
Then the famous joint assault of Nalas & Mauryas.
Nrupa Jayasimha simply beat back the Nalas-Mauryas and took over the vaccum of Manapura Authority.
After 59 Generations of rule at Ayodhya, Chalukyas had descended South to conquer the Deccan.
Dakshinapatha's Rulers: Mānapura Rashtrakutas, Kadambas, Pallavas had faced the grand invasion of Ikshvakuvanshi Maharaja Vijayabhup of Ayodhya.
This changed history of Deccan forever.
It appears that Trilochana Pallava was an ally of Rashtrakutas at this point of time, who defeated & killed Vijayaditya in battle at banks of river Krishna.
Vijayaditya's wife Pushpavati posthumously gave birth to the famed Guhaditya in Nashik-Trymbak at banks of river Godavari.
Vijayabhupa, ancestor of Guhilots-Sisodiyas is the SAME person as Jayasimha Chalukya.
His eldest son Ranaraga Padmaditya is the SAME as Vishnuvardhana who then married a Pallava Princess & established Maratha Chalukya dynasty at Badami (Vatapi) as vassal of Manapura Rashtrakutas.
Guhaditya meanwhile was raised by a Brahmin couple Kamalavati and Vishnu Somayajni.
Guhaditya later invaded North India & conquered Vallabhi from where his 9th generation descendant Kalbhoja Guhilot advanced further and conquered region of Meda Pata after crushing local Bhils.
Maratha Chalukyas are thus the seniormost Ikshvakuvansha representatives in Indian subcontinent.
With the end of this brief interlude & the new arrangement settled, the cycle of the supremacy over Deccan continued between the Yaduvanshi Rashtrakutas & the Suryavanshi Chalukyas.
Mānapura Rashtrakutas were overtaken by Badami Chalukyas, who were later overtaken by Mānyakheta Rashtrakutas, who were overtaken by Kalyani Chalukyas whose reign ended with rise of the 3 great Vrishni Yaduvanshi Dynasties of HoySalas, Sevuna Yadavrayas, & Kakatiya Rashtrakutas.
...Bahmani Sultanate = Nizamshahi, Baridshahi, Adilshahi, Qutubshahi, Imadshahi > Brushabala (Bhonsale) Chattrapati Empire, Return of Marathas >British East India Company>The English Crown>Republic of India.
Here Bhonsales should be taken to represent return of Chalukyas only.
Also to be noted, a striking parallel pattern of Suryavanshi migration from North of Father-Son Vijayabhupa (Jayasimha) & Padmaditya Chalukya, we see that Father-Son Rana Sajjansimha & Dilipasimha Brushabala returned to Deccan to again play a key role in Dakshinapatha's history.
📜 Some Additional Facts clearing the Myth of a Dark Age in India:
Despite scattering of Manyakheta Rashtrakuta House, the Saundatti Mahamandaleshwar Rashtrakuta rule NEVER FELL and during a gap period they established Chakravartin status AGAIN in the reign of Kartavirya III...
...
Earlier, in Kannauj Triangle Crisis, a NEW Kannauj City, OVER the ruins of the old Kannauj, was established by DECCANI Rashtraudhas (Bagul-Purandar Marathas) that Mahmud Ghaznavi sought to loot.
The old Kannauj, over which Tripartite Struggle occured, had been DESTROYED...
...
After driving out Mahamandaleshwar Kadambas westwards into South Konkan the Saundatti Rashtrakutas finally shifted their capital to Venugrama (Belgaum) in 1208 CE in the reign of Mahamandaleshwar Lakshmideva I.
The entry of Kadambas into Konkan politics began a new era...
...
The pushed-out Kadambas occupied South Konkan and began an extremely critical conflict with Shilaharas over North Konkan.
Shilaharas were invaded & defeated by Nahrwala Solankis, obviously working in alliance with their matrimonial relatives Kadambas, to pincer Shilaharas.
Battle of Gāḍāraghaṭṭa then thus led by Naikidevi in name of her son Mularaj was one of most critical victories in North Indian history, forcing onus of Ghurid Empire infiltration towards East, on Ajmerkar Chahamans who capitulated against Ghoris, creating Delhi Sultanate.
In Deccan in 1250 CE, Devagiri Dandanayak Vichana Yadavraya invaded Venugrama & turned Saundatti Rattas into his Vassals finally subduing his overlords.
It is thus that in circular motion the political history of Dakshinapatha directly affected the fate of ENTIRE Bharatvarsha.
46 Years later, after Venugrama (Belgaum) Rashtrakutas became vassals of Devagiri Yadavrayas, the first and the most daring Delhi Sultanate raid in history of Dakshinapatha was undertaken by Ali Gurshap Khalji from Karra.
He became famously known as Sultan Alauddin Khalji.

Hijacking our ancestors by excessive glorification of Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj to deride other 96 Kulin Marathas without rousing suspicion is an old trick.
One should not lose sight.
Maratha ONLY means the Kshatriyas of the traditional 96 Clans of India.
A light reading of primary sources like Shivabharata Suryavansham, Anupurana, Rajarama Charitra, Shri Shambhuraja Charitra, etc. all confirm there was a hardcore caste system in Maharashtra.
Harikavi, also known as Bhanu Bhatta composed Haihayendra Charitra as well as its commentary Shambu Vilasika on orders of Chattrapati Shambhuji Maharaja.
He also authored Subhashitaharavalli, and biography of Chattrapati Shambhuji Maharaja known as Shri Shambhuraja Charitram.
The Flag of the Chattrapati was also described by him as Parijata Dhwaja.
It is strange that Germans translated Haihayendra Charitram while Hindus don't even know the slightest about anything about the cultural achievements of the Maratha Empire.
Harikavi was from Gujarat.
Chattrapati Shambhuji Maharaja is also called Shambhu-Prithvipati in Shambhu-Vilasika commentary on Haihayendra Charitram.
The floozy-spawns who were whining about Mughal Badshah being called Jagadisvar or Sarvabhauma (terms for Emperor) can calm down now.

From the great creator Brahma's hands emerged Chaluk (Vaivasvata Manu-Ikshvaku).
His scion, Chalukya Karnadeva reputedly spent a mountain's worth of wealth to construct the Kolhapur Temple in Maharashtra, modelled after *Shri Yantra*!
He also bore the (now) traditional Maratha title of Narasimha after crushing all other local Kshatriya clans of Konkan.
