And often quite contrarian
Their views are antiquarian
And anti-proletarian

The short-fingered vulgarian
Has proved utilitarian
To radicals and Aryans
And other such barbarians

Their war on education
Is a plague upon the nation
With fanatical fixation
On coercion and castration

There is no substantiation
For their tales of exploitation
It’s a source of true frustration
I would like to see cessation

There can be no abdication
Of our civic obligation
And we need participation
From the younger generation

There’s no place for resignation
We can’t choose capitulation
So please hear my exhortation
To hold back this devastation

We’re through,

I’m sick of the inanity
Of Carlson and Hannity
They feign their Christianity
But flatter MAGA vanity

We must return to sanity
To benefit humanity
I may lose my urbanity
And lapse into profanity

We’re heading toward election
And I’m sharing my reflection
I would hope that your complexion
Won’t influence your selection

Let me offer an injection
Of our needed course correction
We must all raise our objection
To this MAGA type infection
