⚡️Assassination attempt reported on judge who sentenced UK fighters to death.

Oleksandr Nikulin, a judge of the illegal Russian-installed “supreme court" in occupied Donetsk, is currently in critical condition following an assassination attempt, Novaya Gazeta Europe reported.
The newspaper cited the illegal occupation government in the region. In June Nikulin chaired a panel of judges who sentenced to death three foreign fighters defending Ukraine — U.K. citizens Sean Pinner and Andrew Hill, and Moroccan citizen Saadoun Brahim.

⚡️ Zelensky: Russia started to deliberately worsen food crisis month ago.

Russian authorities made a decision to halt the U.N.-brokered grain deal back in September – not today, according to President Volodymyr Zelensky.
"Russia began deliberately aggravating the food crisis back in September, when it blocked the movement of ships with our (grain)," Zelensky said in his evening video address on Oct. 29.
"Why a handful of people somewhere in the Kremlin can decide whether people in Egypt or Bangladesh will have food on their tables? The world has the power to protect people against this," Zelensky said.

⚡️ UK intelligence: Russian forces 'currently only capable of defensive operations' in Ukraine.
The Russian military has been transitioning to a long-term defensive position on most areas of the front line in Ukraine; however, even if Russia manages to build up those defensive lines, its "operational design will remain vulnerable," according to the U.K. Defense Ministry.
Currently, Russia's "severely undermanned, poorly trained force in Ukraine is only capable of defensive operations," the U.K. Defense Ministry wrote.

⚡️ Bellingcat uncovers identities of individuals responsible for mass missile strikes against Ukraine.
The names of dozens of high-ranking Russian military engineers responsible for launching Russian Kalibr, R-500 and Kh-101 high-precision missiles at Ukraine have been published by the Bellingcat international investigative journalism group after a six-month investigation.
High-precision missiles have often been used against purely civilian targets in Ukraine, such as the strike on Vinnytsia in July, hundreds of kilometers from the front lines, which killed 28 people, including a four-year-old girl.
