3/ I had never planned to monetize my Oroco research in this way, but right now every $ helps a ton to get back on my feet and will help me being able to keep providing the research you have come to value.
I’m also in the market for freelance/remote/part time job opportunities.
4/ My background is in International Relations with a MA from Georgetown, focused on climate change, security, and energy. My linkedin is here: linkedin.com/in/maltehumper…
I also do visual and graphics work and you are all familiar with the work I have delivered here on Twitter.
5/ If you come across opportunities that could be a good fit please send them my way here on Twitter or @ malte.humpert@gmail.com.
For now, I dropped a good selection of photos and videos into this google drive link so you have a least some visuals: bit.ly/OrocoNov

THREAD $OCO $ORRCF $OCO.V 1/ We got drill results and they are 👍💪! Lots to unpack!
➡️ NZ West slope targets hit!
➡️ Significant resource expansion in line with historical grades.
➡️ 0.3 CU gradeshell will expand.
➡️ Shallower (closer to surface) deposit.
➡️ Reduced strip ratio.
2/ ⚒️ N015 confirms the historical grade shell and continues the trend of adding mineralization above and below the grade shell. See circled area. All these 30-50m extensions add up to additional tonnage!
3/ ⚒️ N016 expands the 0.3 Cu gradeshell to the west! ~225m of >0.3 cu almost all of it outside the gradeshell. See circled area. Big win!
Together with N013 which is ~100m to the east, a clear picture emerges of expansion above, below and to west of the gradeshell!
This will be an ongoing thread to which I'll add new tweets whenever I find something interesting to discuss from @OrocoCorp on the @VRIFYTechnology viewer.
There is a lot to unpack. I'll start with two broad observations.
2/ ➡️ The 3DIP anomaly provides very good guidance in predicting mineralization in NZ + SZ.
Look at how the measured + indicated in NZ (right) aligns with the core of the IP anomaly.
The same holds true in the SZ (left). Upcoming SZ drilling will vastly expand M&I in SZ.
3/ Looking at the spacing of M&I in NZ vs SZ one can see how much potential the latter has to add hundreds of millions of tons to the resource.
While in NZ resource expansion required drilling at depth or to the West, in SZ simply filling gaps between M&I will add tonnage.

➡️ Below is an EXCELLENT thread on strip ratios, pit design, and the importance of value of each additionally mined block in relation to additional cost.
➡️ The geometry and depth of the deposit has a significant impact on pit design and cost.
2/
➡️ As depth increases additional value decreases.
➡️ Thus, low/medium-grade deposits close to surface with more efficient pit designs can be very attractive even without headliner grades.
I did a drew a rough representation of NZ and SZ following the example in the thread.
3/ ➡️ NZ mineralization located within a hill reduces waste and results in better strip ratio.
➡️ SZ mineralization may have even more favorable pit design and less waste as it is adjacent to the hillside.
1/ 🧵 $OCO $ORRCF $OCO.V
Let's see if the new timeline for drilling and PEA is realistic. We have to make certain assumptions.
1⃣ Target: 30 holes NZ, 30 holes BZ, 25 SZ.
2⃣ Additional Rigs: Rig 4 start July 1, Rig 5 Aug 1, Rig 6 Sep 1.
3⃣ Speed: One hole per rig per month.
2/ 4⃣ Half capacity during Jan 2023 due to holidays same as Jan 2022.
➡️ 30/30/25 is educated guess based on size of zone.
➡️ One hole/month/rig is based on speed of first 9 months.
We can then plug those data/assumptions into a table.
3/ ➡️ With 1 hole/month/rig we should be at 24 holes. And that's pretty much exactly where we are. So 1 hole/month/rig seems to be correct number.
So, adding 4th, 5th and 6th rig @OrocoCorp could get to 85 holes by Q2 2023.

Let’s take a look at the upcoming Brasiles holes. Before we get started, important to note drilling in BZ differs substantially from NZ drilling.
➡️~100 historical holes are valuable guidance to find mineralization. No such guidance exists for BZ.
2/
➡️NZ drilling is paint by numbers while BZ is freehand drawing without template.
➡️IP survey shows a substantial chargeability anomaly in BZ. IMPORTANT: Not all/most of anomaly will be mineralized!
➡️Note how NZ anomaly is very large, but core is only small part of anomaly.
3/ ➡️So, the first dozen or so holes in BZ will be largely “shots in the dark” testing different areas of the IP anomaly to zero in on mineralized zone(s).
By overlaying Oroco’s topography plan view onto the IP plan view we can place the first Brasiles holes.
1/ 🛰️🚨🚧 With assays for N009-N012 ~2 weeks away let's do a little preview.
➡️ The next round of assays will extend strike ~250m N-S.
➡️ N011 will be ~125m to N of N003
➡️ N010 will be ~125m to S of N008.
➡️ N009 + N012 will extend E-W by ~125m.
$oco $orrcf $oco.v
2/ In this plan view you can N001-N008 and N009-N012 overlaid onto the IP anomaly and the historical core.
➡️ With first 12 holes significant parts of the core will have been confirmed.
Let's take a look at each hole in the IP plates.
3/ ➡️ N009 runs on the same E-W axis as N003 but at a deeper depth.
➡️ Of particular interest will be the area below the core. Mineralization there will expand resource at depth.
➡️ N003 had some mineralization adjacent to the core. Let's see if N009 continues that trend.
