But I agreed to the question because at the heart of it lies the xenophobia that lies at the heart of the question and the distraction to serious inequalities. What do I mean?

Born in India, I was on an emotional roller coaster today in the Supreme Court, listening to 3 justices + 4 lawyers try to gaslight America on the reality of anti-Asian racism. Fortunately, 4 justices argued fiercely. My bet: 6-2, Harvard loses. 6-3 UNC loses. America wins 💯 🇺🇸

🖤 @khamenei_ir security forces murdered #AsraPanahi when she + other girls at a high school in Ardabil refused to join a pro-regime rally and instead chanted: “Woman, Life, Freedom.” She had my name. In her honor, I change my profile to her picture so you will know her name❣️

Proud of these mostly immigrant, mostly Muslim parents in Dearborn, who refuse to be shamed in their defense of children. They are clear that they love ALL children, including of course LGBtQ kids. They just don’t want porn in schools. “Shame on you!” a speaker just said.
A #Dearborn community member speaks in Arabic. Where is the culturally responsive school district providing a translator? No where. He tells the two Arabic-speaking school board members to translate for the others.

More fake feminists: Reza Aslan was on MSNBC tonight with Mehdi Hasan, both preening like they’re champions for women in Iran. For years, they’ve both made excuses for anti-women Islamists, like in Iran. In 2008, I debated Aslan on Islamic radicalism. Watch his lame deflection 🤦🏻‍♀️
