German exports to china have grown 20-fold in last 20 years. Its firms have made joint ventures to sell in China's large market. But it is not "export-dependent" on China.

Re: EU's Borrell's Garden in the Jungle. Here is Obama with the prevalent view of climate change as a "threat multiplier" in global south. Entirely omitting the fact that US is (1) largest total emitter of GHG (2) destabilized countries by invading them.
