In Nov 2020, Trump tried to throw out millions of PA votes, including over curing.
State courts said no. Trump-appointed federal Judge Bibas tossed it. SCOTUS rejected the appeal.

PA Supreme Court’s ruling on undated ballots does not say they cannot be fixed before counted.
It says undated ballots cannot be counted. Counting doesn’t begin until 8pm on Election Day.
