All this upsets next to no one. Adds to the mix of tools you can offer. Increases quality of target communication. Puts up a bot barrier with a cost. In time identify best content generators and dangle a bitcoin or two at them to continue

All of these ideas require measurement of who saw what - you've got that already

Forgot to add - by product would 'a press release (paid) distribution service where PR agencies give you cash to hit only the top influencers they want to hit - inc users, journalists and the like - these are existing businesses you can 'steal' the revenue from by speed, accuracy
