Currently, Twitter is at an all-time high after the Elon purchase. Being the town square of the internet and removing bots will continue to push that growth higher.

WeChat is the most popular app in China. It is an all in one app doing payments,social media, and messages. Twitter , through X.com , Vine will be the closest to that we have seen in the USA.

When you buy a business, always be prepared for sellers to retrade you on price at the last minute.

Often FCF is less than EBITDA. Let's say I went under LOI at 900k of EBITDA and TTM is now at 1M at the time of purchase, but with cap ex and AR issues its only 600k of FCF. Say something like this.
