my personal take on #OMElites Crowvaritia is that its capital is a display of neon cityscape. the city doesnt sleep at night, so they cover their infastructure with neon sign and have a festival-like vibe and energy that lasts until the morning (6-2-6 heh) +

the closer you are to the center, the brighter and more chaotic it is. there are a few shrines for the deities and they also adhere to the capital's night look, but most of these shrines are found on the outer region of the kingdom.

the locals worship their deities. they have authority on certain matters, but the prince stands as an equal with them (they both stand on a mediated peace, but there are times where this is challenged). as such, people still have to pay respects on a deity's domain.

Hyakki Yagyo (the night parade of hundred demons) occurs every 18:00, where the streets are filled with yokai for 5 minutes. it is advised not go outside until it is over if you lack protection or strong mental fortitude, or else you will be spirited away by the parade. +

over time, the capital city uses this event as the mark of the city coming to life (as there are also lots of yokai in there, as customers, dwellers, or even employers).

crowvaritia locals experience this phenomenon of having gold scars after their injuries heal. because of this, the people were influenced into repairing infastructure and daily objects with gold (though as time goes by this becomes a luxury). +

there is no definite explanation for this phenomenon, although many believe that this is a blessing from the prince, a manifestation of his desire to let his people know that they should celebrate their imperfections.

but until now, mammon says no confirmation for this.

There is a saying "descend and run amok to your heart's content" which explains the architecture behind arenas built underground. the bigger the arena is, the more dangerous the stakes are thrown. +

it ranges from money, favors, property, and in some cases body parts or living entity (old habits die hard, yokai or human). the most formal battle u can get on crowvaritia is a referee & betting pools frm the audience. aside from that, its noise is similar to a frenzied cockpit.

you can see the prince everywhere and no where at once. Mammon doesnt stay at one place, and while he likes the capital, he has more than three residences scattered throughout the kingdom. it seems that only his flagbearer and prefects can only get a hold of him.

anyone who wishes to meet will have to wait for quite some time. unless, the prince decides to see you. like they say, "you will meet the crow prince, if he wants to."
