Reality check.
Here's the situation:

1⃣ There are 50k #PostalVoters for #GE15, compared to 8k for GE14. That's as big as the Putrajaya constituency.

2⃣ The Global Bersih team are VOLUNTEERS, who are taking time off from day jobs and family commitments to work together and with other organisations to achieve ONE GOAL: To ensure all #OverseasMalaysians who are #PostalVoters get their votes counted. #EveryVoteCounts 🧵👇

3⃣This means
- Guiding you on filling out Borang 2 correctly & packing your ballots for hand delivery
- Working with Global Malaysian Network, who are managing volunteer city coordinators, witnesses & flyers to get your votes to Malaysia
- Constantly fact-checking with SPR 🧵

4⃣
- Fielding questions from postal voters with problems ranging from "My ballots have not left Malaysia," and "My serial numbers don't match," to "Can anyone collect my ballot from x's house?"

- Managing trolls, as well as entitled and angry voters

5⃣ Our point is, we have a lot of work to do to ensure that 50k postal ballots reach ROs across Malaysia by 5pm, 19 Nov.

When you share wrong information, it spreads like wildfire and we have to take precious time away from our main goal to clean up the mess.
