Here is a thread on a moment from Y2V6 that greatly shows the growth that Suzune Horikita has underwent and how everything she's been through has been slowly paying off. Though this moment doesn't solely serve to show what Suzune has been through.

The moment I would like to focus on is the negotiation between Kekeru Ryūen/Kōhei Katsuragi and Suzune Horikita/(Kiyotaka Ayanokōji).
What I'll be specifically doing here is create a foundation for the next two threads that'll cover both Suzunes and Ryūen's developments/growth.
In Y2V6's 4th chapter the negotiation between the 4 presented individuals, directly address the current status quo that the year is currently in.
Through in-world and unspoken means the development that both Suzune and Ryūen underwent are directly addressed and made note of.
As the negotiation goes on Kiyotaka's presence becomes more and more noticeable and important. Despite him not even knowing originally why Suzune called him here, he assumed based on the fact that it wasn't uncommon that Suzune and himself went into each others rooms to
discuss current affairs. A simple assumption was made that more individuals are involved. Yet, she hasn't told him anything.
Not even the fact that people would be coming, she left him completely in the dark on this one.
The sole thing that was requested was his perspective.
Kiyotaka to an untrained eye seems to not be needed here in this negotiation. What Suzune could do is simply tell him post negotiation what transpired and ask for his input.

But that's would be her wasting 2 key things. Kiyotaka's presence and his own abilities.
When looking at Ryūen in this negotiation Kiyotaka's presence is an issue he is currently not in a position to deal with.

This is where Suzune bringing Kiyotaka physically paid off. Here both Suzune and Ryūen are aware of Kiyotaka subtle tendencies he displayed all the time.
What he does is often bring another party along to use their presence and unique authority to ease his plans into place. Suzune is basically using Kiyotaka's presence as a "Gun" as both Ryūen and Suzune refer to Kiyotaka.

However the same could be applied to Ryūen as well.
Katsuragi who I have not mentioned so far is in a similar position to Kiyotaka. Suzune and Kiyotaka both mentioned Katsuragi more trustworthy reputation which helps in this negotiation. However, neither of the 2 forget who really has the last say, which is Ryūen.
Yes, it can be easily assumed that the reason why Katsuragi is here is because he is Ryūen's most competent classmate, though he could have simply used Shiina Hiyori. Who was introduced with her knack for observations.
Secondly, by bringing him physically there, she is making use of Kiyotaka's own skills and doesn't need to rely on her own skills to convey what transpired hypothetically. This means she could make the most use of his abilities she hadn't been able to touch on before.
When Ryūen decided to reveal why he got himself orange juice which, he had not touched, up to that point of the negotiation, he decided to pick it up a attempt to splash it towards Kiyotaka.
This action from Ryūen wasn't done out of spite.
Ryūen has repeatedly tested exactly how capable Kiyotaka is through some very funny moments. Though do not get distracted by them being funny. He's trying to verify and get clear, let's call it data, on Kiyotaka's ability. And now he has given Katsuragi the same data.
This entire negotiation has been very in-character for Ryūen, Katsuragi and Suzune yet the odd lack of "desperation" doesn't exist.
Despite all of them sharing the sentiment that the lead that Arisu Sakayanagi has cannot be allowed to persist any longer than it already has.
Suzune was ready to break the entire negotiation on the spot. This negotiation from her perspective wasn't mainly about to combat Arisu's outrageous lead but something else was mixed within in.

Meanwhile for Ryūen the same could be said that he did not seek solely the man power
Suzune's class boasted. Neither party in this negotiation was completely focused on the thing that was presented. Both sides had ulterior motives that drove them to be in this negotiation.

And Kiyotaka Ayanokōji is used here as a medium for this.
Our main narrator not exactly knowing either sides secondary or even, their main goal in this. We, the more omniscient audience are also given limited amount of information to work with.

There is nothing we can do about this dilemma at hand here.
Aside from looking forward into the actual festival and see what this negotiation amounts to, not only for Suzune and Ryūen. But also Honami Ichinose and the before mentioned Arisu Sakayanagi.
This concludes my foundation for the 2 threads that will respectively cover Suzune Horikita and Kakeru Ryūen.
Here alone it is very interesting to see what exactly transpired in this negotiation that I have been meaning to write a "quick thread" about.
So much was addressed directly and indirectly through these characters interacting alone but, not only that, there are several other moments in earlier volumes similarly to Y2V5's 4th chapter and this threads chapter, that took the same approach.
In my next thread, as said in my thread about Suzune's massive step forward to becoming someone truly exceptional, I will be talking about what I was referring to when I closed it off last time. A clear representation of how she has grown.

Here is a thread on an important matter that I wanted to bring more attention towards, that happened to Suzune Horikita in Y2V5. Specifically I am referring to her monologue on chapter 7, when she pondered on the idea of Kikyō Kushida's expulsion.

In this thread, I'd like to bring more attention to a specific moment that shows the massive leap, Suzune Horikita has done towards becoming an Exceptional Individual and a competent leader. In addition to, it indirectly establishing/points out, something that also applies to us.
In order to tackle what this moment pointed out or, is synonymous to our own world and its own people, I'll be asking and, answering with my own reasons, an age old question. That gets brought up time and time again to us.

Does it make sense for Kiyotaka Ayanokōji to switch classes? My opinion on this has changed greatly over the course of me waiting for Y2V6 and the release of it. Image
As many fans should have witnessed, there's this certain part of the Cote fanbse that want Kiyotaka to switch towards Ichinose's class, however their reasons for him to switch is mainly driven by them wanting to ship Ichinose with Kiyotaka.
I have clearly dismissed the idea of Kiyotaka switching classes, I deemed it as something unnecessary but now I see it as something that has to happen.
