My 0micron shield includes:

500 mg Quercetin with Bromelain

Vitamin B12 is a nutrient that helps keep ur body's blood &nerve cells healthy &helps make DNA, the genetic material in all cells. Vit B12 also helps prevent certain anemia, a blood condition that makes ppl tired &weak.
