My 0micron shield includes:

500 mg Quercetin with Bromelain
50 mg Elemental zinc
5000 to 10,000 IU of vitamin D3
100 mcg K2
2000 mg Vitamin C
400 mg of magnesium

RT and Share To reduce the risk of infxn, it is recommended that ppl at risk of flu &/or C0VID consider taking 10,000 IU/d of vitam D3 for a few weeks to rapidly raise D concentrations, followed by 5000 IU/d. Goal should be to raise D3 concentrations above 40-60 ng/mL

Vitamin B12 is a nutrient that helps keep ur body's blood &nerve cells healthy &helps make DNA, the genetic material in all cells. Vit B12 also helps prevent certain anemia, a blood condition that makes ppl tired &weak.
Supremely important as we get older.

RT & share widely. B12 Vitamin deficiency is common in adults, esp in elderly patients (30-40%). Etiologies of Vitam B12 deficiency is multi factorial but clinically shows functional anemia in 89% of cases, a digestive syndrome in 88% of cases, & neurological disorders in 67% of cases.

Over 68% of Americans are magnesium-deficient. Magnesium deficiency has an increased risk of a range of conditions, including Alzheimer’s disease, Type II diabetes, migraine headaches, and cardiovascular disease.

RT and Share Magnesium deficiency can make it hard for the muscle cells to relax, leading to cramping and spasms.

Magnesium also helps to regulate melatonin production.

Study Found 80% of C0V!D Patients Were Vitam D Deficient. The study also found that ppl who had both C0V!D & lower vitam D levels also had a higher number of inflammatory markers such as ferritin and D-dimer, which have been linked to poor C0V!D outcomes.
bit.ly/3vbiW3E Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin, meaning that it does not dissolve in water and is absorbed best in your bloodstream when paired with high-fat foods. For this reason, it's recommended to take vitamin D supplements with a fatty meal to enhance absorption.

Research shows that selenium reduces the formation of thrombosis in the blood vessels; specifically micro-clots which are a significant cause of death in patients with C0VID. Low levels of selenium is also associated with increased incidence of cancer & heart diseases.

Retweet Selenium can also oxidize thiol groups in the virus protein disulfide isomerase rendering it unable to penetrate the healthy cell membrane. In this way it inhibits entrance of C0R0NA V!RUS into the healthy cells &abolish their infectivity.

Quercetin should be taken with zinc. QUERCETIN itself has strong anti-viral properties.  The major benefit of taking quercetin with zinc is that the quercetin will push the zinc into the center of the cell where the zinc can stop the virus from reproducing.

RT and Share Zinc is a crucial element for the basic functioning of the human body as it plays many roles in numerous biochemical pathways.
