Know this Combination:
QUERCETIN transports ZINC into cells and has antiviral properties.

Zinc, once inside the cell, stops the viruses from reproducing.

Vitamin C work synergistically with zinc and maximizes absorption of Quercetin.

RT and Share Suggested amount of elemental zinc, vitamin D3, and vitamin C to take.

URGENT: Go to your medicine cabinet right now and look at the type of B12 you are taking. If it says “cyanocobalamin,” any where on the label, then throw it in the trash immediately.

Although it the most common form of B12 in the world, cyanocobalamin is a synthetic, man-made form of B12, which includes “hydrogen cyanide.”

Look for vitamin B12 supplements in the form of adenosylcobalamin, methylcobalamin, & hydroxycobalamin.

RT for others awareness Hydrogen cyanide is a cytotoxic poison and may result in breathing difficulties, muscle aches/pain, eye irritation, chest and/or heart pain, vomiting, loss of appetite, headaches, nosebleeds and enlargement of the thyroid gland.

500 mg Quercetin with Bromelain
50 mg Elemental zinc
5000 to 10,000 IU of vitamin D3
100 mcg K2
2000 mg Vitamin C
