1) Many of you read the recent tweet from CZ about API keys and mentioned 3Commas in a negative light.
I am clarifying a few details below regarding CZ's recent tweet and FTX saga.
2) 1. Are we, as 3Commas, safe?
a. YES. We are well funded, and what is happening in the market will not impact the company or us immediately.
3) 2. What's the status of FTX and Alameda, as they are one of our investors?
a. We have Alameda as one of our minority investors, and it was cash to equity deal for which they paid in cash.
4) We want to issue the Alameda shares to new investors, but we are still waiting for response from Alameda. We have been trying to reach them but have yet to receive a response.
5) We have existing investor (Target Global) and new investors in the pool who are happy to take Alameda's equity.
6) 3. What about Phishing + API issues?
a. We have highlighted in the past that there are no API leaks or exposure of our database.
b.There have been a few users who reached us, and we are working with them closely to help them with the matter.
7) c. We are also working with Binance to help resolve this issue for the impacted customers while investigating the root cause.
d. In parallel, our team is working on enhancing the security further and finding a permanent solution to fix the API issue.
8) e. There are several phishing websites that are trying to copy our website and mislead them into sharing their API keys. We have raised with the google team on internal slack channel and working with them to take these sites down.
9) 4. What can we do now to help?
Continue to be active on social and community channels and respond to comments/questions proactively.
To keep transparent with our community, we will updating the status constantly for our community to follow
10) To be clear - lots of compromised keys were **never** connected to 3Commas in the first place. This leads us into thinking that a malicious browser extension or an app where the users submitted the keys were involved.
11) 3Commas team and me personally are working non stop to ensure that the users will be safe. More on the measures we are implementing will follow. Our goal is to improve the whole industry to solve API phishing issue forever.

1) So I want to tell you how exactly I lost money on FTX, one of many stories that you will hear when this shitshow is over.
I was (and still am) an early-stage investor in Serum. Tokens had a cliff for 1 year and were (are) vested for 6 years.
2) Contrary to possibly every other investor in the project, I never sold any tokens that got unlocked. Instead, I decided it will be smart to **BORROW** USD from FTX using SRM tokens as collateral
3) On Tuesday/Wednesday night Nov8/9 I started getting worried that SRM price will drop and my entire position will be liquidated. I had $900k borrowed in USD and USDT at this point
