1) So I want to tell you how exactly I lost money on FTX, one of many stories that you will hear when this shitshow is over.

I was (and still am) an early-stage investor in Serum. Tokens had a cliff for 1 year and were (are) vested for 6 years. 2) Contrary to possibly every other investor in the project, I never sold any tokens that got unlocked. Instead, I decided it will be smart to **BORROW** USD from FTX using SRM tokens as collateral
