(THREAD 🧵) 1/ It appears that a lot of people have already forgotten the Heard v Depp trial and I think it’s time we revisit the evidence that was essentially swept under the rug by social media.
2/ To start off, in this clip we see Dr Anderson, DEPP’S OWN WITNESS, testify that she saw bruises on Amber.
3/ This video seems to have gone under the radar, but the smashing of cabinets, throwing things, and slamming doors is pretty shocking if you ask me.

2/ The UK Government has a 155-year-old obsession with controlling women's bodies. It’s ignored all the opportunities to abolish the 1861 Act which criminalises women but refused.
3/ Between 1923-3 15% of maternal deaths were due to illegal abortion. Thousands of women resorted to back-street abortionists, permanently damaging their health or dying. Newspapers advertised cures for ‘menstrual blockages’, but women knew they were abortifacients.

What we’ve learnt from the Depp v Heard Case - A Thread 🧵

1/ None of the Depp fans care about the High Court Judgment in England and Wales.
Mr Justice Nichols found Depp to be responsible for 12 accounts of assault and the Sun won the right to call Depp a “wife beater”.
2/ When Depp takes the stand & gives his testimony everyone assumes he is talking gospel & nothing but the truth but when Heard takes the gives her evidence she’s a liar who can’t be trusted? Misogyny that’s why. Do male victims joke about burning a woman & fucking her corpse?
3/ Depp was smirking, laughing and joking with his lawyer during the trial and all yet he’s called adorable, vulnerable and goofy, however, a mug photo of amber mid-speech or an unflattering photo leads the entire internet to call her a psychopath. Make it make sense!?
