When Republicans voted on the whip race yesterday, one member accidentally voted for RINO Tom Emmer when he meant to vote for Drew Ferguson, who ended up finishing one vote behind him.
Emmer then narrowly beat @RepJimBanks, who probably would’ve won against Ferguson.
In case you weren't aware, Tom Emmer is a RINO who got promoted to the third highest ranking Republican in the House after being the guy in charge of electing Republicans to Congress this cycle.
BREAKING: The House GOP conference just elected Rep. Tom Emmer as their nominee for whip, a RINO with a liberal voting record who was in charge of electing Republicans this cycle as chair of the NRCC over America First fighter @RepJimBanks.
Unbelievable. Truly unbelievable.
The final vote was 115-106 in favor of Emmer, a guy who once served as paid spokesperson for a Soros funded organization seeking to get rid of the electoral college.
I truly don't know why I keep voting Republican. This party doesn't care winning.
Here's some more info on Emmer. Terrible record. Terrible job at the NRCC. Yet just got a promotion from the GOP Conference to whip.
Tom Emmer was the chair of the NRCC this election cycle. He was the guy in charge of electing Republicans to Congress. He once said we could win up to 70 seats. in the end, we barely eeked out a majority. Now, he wants a promotion.
I've talked to a lot of people who work on the Hill who have told me that Tom Emmer was more focused in the last few months on running for whip than electing Republicans to Congress. If there's one man responsible for the lack of a red wave, it was him.
Everyone is arguing who Republicans are going to nominate in 2024 but not talking enough about what we're going to do to to stop the Democrat mastery over early voting/mail in/ballot harvesting that makes it impossible to beat them if you surge in the weeks before election day.
There are two reasons why John Fetterman is now a senator-elect despite not being able to complete a sentence: Doug Mastriano dragged Oz down and millions of people had already voted early before Oz started surging in the last few weeks before the election.
So two things need to happen before 2024.
1) The good news is that Lombardo won in Nevada and Kari Lake is in a strong position to win in Arizona. Those are two states with insanely fucked up voting laws that benefit Dems that they can reform before the next election.
Mitch McConnell dumping $9 million into Alaska so pro-abortion RINO Lisa Murkowski could beat an America First Republican instead of spending it in Arizona for Blake Masters, whose race is going down to the wire, should be the nail in the coffin for his time as Leader.
You can blame Trump and Thiel all you want. The bottom line is Republican voters choose their candidates and it's Mitch McConnell's job to elect them to the Senate. Arizona was fully up for grabs with Blake but he took money out of the state for literally no reason. No excuse.
Like seriously. Why do we allow this guy who is four years older than Trump, has been in government since before I was born, and has the highest unfavorable rating of any politician in America continue to have so much power over our party
The election is tomorrow and Democrats have had full control of the government for not even two years (if you can believe it).
Here's the definitive case for removing Democrats from power tomorrow.
First and foremost is the obvious: everything is really fucking expensive. Inflation was 1.4% when Biden took office. Today it is 8.2% and at one point, it was at 9.1%. Grocery prices are up 13%. The average American has lost $6K of annual wages and the average 401K is down $34K.
Real wages in America have also declined 18 months in a row, ever since Joe Biden signed his $2 trillion stimulus into law. The largest month of increase in inflation came after it was signed. Turns out pumping a shit ton of money into an already inflated economy was a bad idea.
So the New York Times just accused me of spreading "misinformation" because I took a bunch of little clips of John Fetterman speaking and edited them together into a montage.
This is the now the second news outlet after NBC News that apparently doesn't grasp the concept of this.
The NYT doesn’t link to the Fetterman supercut (I’ve made about 6 of them) that supposedly spread “misinformation.”
But this the one NBC News tried to get Twitter to censor.
Whatever you do, don’t watch or retweet it.
The NYT reporter who wrote this article is @stevenleemyers. I ignored his request for comment because I generally don't care what fake news hacks who still wear masks in their profile pics write about. But like the NBC reporter, he did not say he was going to accuse me of misinfo
