This is the effects of "land banking" of gravel-pit permitting.  The attached spreadsheet applies specifically to Wilmot Township (in Waterloo Region), but the same kind of thing is happening in many parts of Ontario.

Landowners "stockpile" gravel-extraction approvals.  And, once an approval (i.e. aggregate-extraction permit under the Aggregate Resources Act) has been granted, the landowner can sell the land as both farmland and as a gravel pit. It is a Ponzi scheme. reformgravelmining.ca/petition

Note: I was having technical issues with my phone editing words and making typing errors but is more important to simply speak out. My home servers were hacked during NEB processes. The NEB were also hacked during that time. It is something I simply try to work around.

My concerns were shared with OPP, RCMP, Elected Officials at local, Provincial and Federal Levels. My work is archived at Wilfrid Laurier. I reported corruption concerns of Doug Ford to fiscal regulators but the entire system was captured by bad leadership at the very top.

I have info on the links between PM Harper, KPMG and Construction firms. First two docs are from the OPP using FOI. The others are attempts I made to secure a review of KPMG issues.

Former UK Infrastructure minister Sir John Armitt influenced KPMG in their 2015 insights report suggesting the binding of politicians to 30 year old schemes is good. This lacks regard to the current geopolitical & fiscal risks, current science and it disregards climate change.

Our world is on the bring of climate collapse because of British Empire’s addiction to Canadian and Australian Banking and Insurance revenues. It is the only money maker for the Commonwealth said British Envoy to Canada, Sir Peter Hayman.

My view: if the decisions of the Ford Government puts communities at risk of more lawsuits, more damages from storms, floods and poor planning it could pose as a risk to the Commonwealth itself.

Canada has a mandate to serve the Provinces. Does that mean the will of the people or simply Doug Ford?

My view: Doug Ford is a serial abuser of law and it is well past time to remove him for being the thug he is.
