🧵20 years ago, I went to the Hill as a young staffer & since that time @SpeakerPelosi has always been our Leader. In her time as Speaker, Pelosi has been a tremendous force for good. She has been one of the most effective, consequential & powerful Speakers in our history. 
Under her leadership, we avoided a collapse of the American economy in '08 and secured the passage of landmark laws like the ACA, American Rescue Plan, Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, & the Inflation Reduction Act. She accomplished all of this while unifying a very diverse caucus.
Speaker Pelosi's political instincts and fundraising prowess are unparalleled. In total, she has raised over $1.25B for Democrats & this cycle alone she raised $276M & attended over 400 events. There is no one who can match her ability to win & fight "for the children."
On a personal note, Speaker Pelosi has always believed in me & I am so grateful. When I ran the whip operation for @WhipClyburn & House Dems, the Speaker supported me. When I ran for the Senate, she stood in my corner. As DNC Chair, I have no greater supporter than the Speaker!
I am so proud to have had a front seat to witness history. I am so proud to bear witness to the ascension and the "good trouble" of the GREATEST Speaker of the House. Thank you Madam Speaker for your leadership. Thank you for your strength. Thank you for your friendship! #GOAT𓃵
