Shen Jiu was ready to die. He was sure strange, suspicious man who took him from burning Qiu household will kill him.
Wu Yanzi looks like someone who would kill young omega and he for sure did a few times on the eyes of Shen Jiu, but...

Wu Yanzi kept him alive. Wu Yanzi kept him near when Shen Jiu was weaker and weaker, he help him survive the whole pregnancy and birth. For sure man was crazy, maybe a totally psycho, but... He was also nicest person Shen Jiu knew.
Wu Yanzi was an omega, he connected dots

Wu Yanzi didn't say even a word about his intentions... one day, when world around was still deep in sleep, man up his hand to sign the way.

"You'll go straight here, this road, to mountains," he said sharp and simple. "You have a week. There will be special event when people from outside have a chance to connects to Cang Qiong. You both need more food and safer place. If you'll be taken in, never ever dare to return

on streets, understand? Never. If you'll fail, I will wait three weeks in brothel named Warm Red Pavilion."
"Wait, Shizun. There are no chance that they'll take in sect broken omega with child!"

Shen Jiu wasn't sure if it was a good idea. But he didn't dare to argue. Wu Yanzi was stubborn and probably it was one of rare days when he was almost completely conscious from his own mind-mess. Shen Jiu hide his scars behind hair that covered also his eyes. A'Yuan was asleep.

He was one from the last on big field in front of sect's doors. There were hundred or more of children in good age to cultivate and free from things like weak child curled to their chest.
Shen Jiu start to make hole in the ground anyway. He was tired and straving.

He was just a step or two from hallucinating, his stomach was empty, his hands shivers and energy under his skin was probably only thing that kept him alive.

A'Yuan start to wake up and weakly meowls for attention like little kitty. He feels ashame and scared, he tried to calm him down, but it isn't really

work.
He wanted to cry.
It was a bad idea. He should just hide somewhere and return to Wu Yanzi after a few days.
He was sure someone will hurt him.
He feels like everyone just wait for a good moment to hurt him and he starts to panic a bit. And only one thing he couldn't know

it was that as omega with yin energy, he was like rare artifact here, coming to sect with weak hopes for help. His shiny aura he doesn't know exist just got attention of the Immortal Masters and when his panic started, his qi starts to lose its tracks in his body, dripping into

aura in characteristic, slightly visible way.
It was one of signs of starting qi deviation and it works sometimes, mostly because young cultivators can't hide their aura from their masters' eyes yet.
Immortal Masters decided to react.
Shen Jiu fall unconscious when

Qing Jing master catched him and take him up from his hole to transferr into his body some qi. She tries to be delicate while stabilize his energy and meridians. Shocked A'Yuan blinked at lady which kept him and his mommy in air and then, he started to cry out loud from fear.

Shen Jiu needed almost three days before medicaments, herbs and energy transfers helps him. He wakes up dizzy and lost. He wasn't sure where he is. He was scared. His baby wasn't with him.
"A'Yuan?" he tried to stand up, but his body was too numb and he fall on his knees.

"A'Yuan?"
He wanted his baby back, he was so scared. Doors opened and little tap, tap, tap of his son tiny feet echoed a bit. A'Yuan wasn't master of walking yet, but he tries his best, while kept a hand of lady with scars on her face.
He meowled to get Shen Jiu attention and

then he lost concern and falls on his ass without any grace. Lady protected him from real pain or fear.
"He's fine," she said to calm Shen Jiu a bit. "Here, he was in next room to give you some peace. You slept but most of the time it wasn't good sleep. My shidi gave you

herbs to remove nightmares for a while."
He listened, but he never took his eyes from A'Yuan, who returned into his arms a moment later. He got him and embrace tightly.
"Never go away from me again," he said weakly.
"You're very young," said woman, before she takes him up.

She put him in bed and check if he have a fever.
"W-who are you?"
"I am Yu Mingai, Peak Lord of Qing Jing. It's me who take care about yin cultivators like you."
"I am not cultivator," he said slowly.
"Not yet, but you are quite well with manipulate your qi and even in

circulating it in your meridians."
He remained silent because he wasn't sure about what she talked about.
