Anwar's ABIM used their freedom to supress the freedom of his own peers and the freedom youths later.
In that period, Mahathir took advantage of the very same liberal society and twisted arms of the royal institution the first chance he got. He defanged the Royals, defanged the courts, and kickstarted an entire culture of cronyism and kleptocracy.

I have solution that PJ/TTDI ppl won't like, but I guarantee will 100% work: permanent ban on street parking and open air parking.

Somewhere else. You want to make a pedestrian-friendly city, start by making it unfriendly to drivers.
"how does banning Street parking work?"

It works by RECLAIMING road space from car and giving it back to PEDESTRIANS. Replace parking zones with wider pedestrian paths, bicycle lanes, potted plants, commercial space for kiosks and vendors.

What you need isn't better toilet design. What you need is to teach students toilet discipline. Set aside a schedule for each class to take turns to wash the toilets every day. Every class will do it at most 2-3 times per semester. It's not that bad.

Kata la sekolah ada 3 bangunan x 3 tgkt x 2 toilet (M+F)

Kata lah, 20 toilet. Kau pecahkan jadi group 4-5 orang, satu group basuh 3-4 toilet. 2-3 kali per semester. Ok what? Image

Entire generations of Malays have been lied to think its okay to get table scraps and to accept feudalism as a norm. Equality and equity among humans is concept that has been hidden and taken away from them thru decades of education and indoctrination.
You have to zoom out and look at the bigger picture. Especially kalau kau Melayu. Kalau kau marah, jangan marah kat Melayu yg seumur hidupnya ditipu dan seumur hidupnya hanya tahu hidup bergantung kpd pembesar. Depa tak tahu, and it's not their fault.
Kau yg celik, yg educated, yg bijak pandai, sanggup ke kau tengok orang sendiri terperangkap dalam penipuan macam ni?

Rethink your approach. You're ahead of the game, you can help them. Guna kebijaksanaan korang utk buka mata depa and bring them to your level. Don't dismiss em.
