Pls will you follow me to:
-Raise awareness of the booster approval issues
-Share my petitions:
--Remove 💉 manufacturer indemnity
---Open an inquiry into covid contracts
--Change the legislation used for Lockdowns
👇
BA1 booster approval, despite lower performance than original
Lack of transparency from MHRA

BA5/5 booster approval based on a different vaccine

This petition means the vaccine injured now know they can claim against the manufacturers using the Consumer Protection Act.
Next step, make the manufacturers pay, not the government
Petition: Remove indemnity from the manufacturers of covid-19 vaccines petition.parliament.uk/petitions/6191…
👇
An important petition from @MaxSH2022 who was harmed by the vaccine & wants reform of the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme

It frustrates me that this petition has not gathered momentum.

There are a few things we can do to make a difference:
-respond to the @GOVUK covid inquiry
-tell people the stories of the vaccine injured & bereaved
-tell people the poor process the booster approvals have been through
-sign relevant petitions
-join @Togetherdec

Revealed: Why Britain’s regulator missed the link between the AstraZeneca jab and rare blood clots telegraph.co.uk/global-health/…

New bivalent Covid vaccines DON'T give people better immunity mol.im/a/11356647 via @MailOnline
I have been saying this since August....
I'm not sure why they need "new research"
@moderna_tx's own report published in June 2022 (before they were approved) showed their bivalent booster was less effective than the original

@MHRAgovuk have now published the Public Assessment Reports for the Pfizer & Moderna BA1 bivalent boosters, they only did this after escalation to the @ICOnews. They have still failed to respond to the remainder of my FOI.

Pfizer

They have been approved for anti-body production only, not efficacy.
The fact efficacy data for Moderna was lower for the BA1 booster than the original vaccine has been ignored in the report.

Risks include myocarditis, pericarditis & Vaccine Associated Enhanced Disease
Missing information includes
-use in pregnancy & breastfeeding
-long term safety
-use on immunocompromised subjects
-use on frail subjects
-use on subjects with autoimmune or inflammatory disorders

The government have confirmed that the vaccine injured can sue the manufacturers (however we would pay the bill)
"This is from the The Human Medicines (Coronavirus and Influenza) (Amendment) Regulations 2020"
The explanatory notes are much clearer than the Regulations
👇
legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2020/1125…
"These Regulations extend that immunity to the person placing the unauthorised medicine on the market. The immunity does not however extend to specified requirements under consumer protection legislation👇
nor to where a person who would otherwise be able to claim the immunity is responsible for a sufficiently serious breach of the conditions attached by the licensing authority to the product’s supply (regulations 6 and 29)."

🪡 Petition: Remove indemnity from the manufacturers of covid-19 vaccines petition.parliament.uk/petitions/6191…
The government have responded:
Their initial statement makes it clear that commercial interests outweigh public interest
👇
"The Government cannot comment on the terms on which COVID-19 vaccines were supplied as these are confidential."
"Indemnities do not prevent individuals from pursuing legal claims for compensation." Is true however
👇
1. If the government is liable they will fight tooth and nail to protect their financial risk therefore individuals fighting claims will have 2 opponents, the manufacturer & the government
2. If the government pay, the tax payer pays
