My learnings from the #Podcast of @SahilBloom and @calum_johnson9 which i have understood. Off course it’s not best version but im trying to explain which might help mine’s and ur’s life in some or another way.
First ever English podcast I listened.
Lest go:
1: Being an dad is biggest accomplishment for Sahil Bloom. 😊
2: Creation, Destruction and Rebirth: As you grow some dark time will come but u have to standup again as a recurring cycle.

3: Take lessons from failure and next great guy will come out from failures.
4: If u r not dead then u r still in the game so keep fighting.
5: If u have fear of failing when starting something jst reconstruct, write ur failure, plan & start with the action.
6: If u dont do which u want to do in life then u will regret for whole life which is crippling.
7: Regret Minimization framework: People should have goal to minimise the regret in their life.
8: If u love spending energy on doing what u love then good things will happen by default.
9: Dont care much about the outcome.
10: Dont go for finite game eg. becoming billionaire, Go always for infinite game eg. Keep focus on the process.
11: U should be proud of urself when u achieve something & love urself always.
12: u seem 2 be crazy when u start creating anything but later everyone has 2 agree.
13: U should have support group or friends who is going to push u more towards ur goal.
14: You stand on someone’s shoulder and someone stand on ur shoulder.
15: Mindset of giving and receiving feedback is going to help u grow.
16: if u want average outcome then go & do what average people do, if u want to be like elon, steve etc. then u have to things differently.
17: bit of Friction is important in life dont be obsessed removing friction completely.
18: If u get dopamine without struggle then go in opst direction towards struggle. Dopamine from struggle is positive chemical.
19: U cant be best in anything just go and show up little things daily.
20: If u can control ur mind then u have most powerful weapon in the world.
I have lots of learning from Sahil and standing on his shoulder now. Going to add some more good habits in life from now onwards.

1. What is protein:

This is referred as building blocks of ur body & made up of amino acids.
20 different amino acid combine in various combination to form all kind of protein.
2. How Proteins function in body:

Every cell in our body contains protein so it is very imp.
a. For building and repairing of body tissues protein is required.
b. Enzymes r protein which help in activity such as muscle contractions & relaxation.
c. Protein is alternate src of energy which provide 4 cal per gm of protein.
d. Some proteins are hormones which are chemical messengers b/w cell, tissues and organs.
e. Proteins helps to fight infection in ur body.

Sleep should be the top element of life whether u r going to gym or not, plz sleep at least for 7-9 hrs daily:

Benefit Of sleep:
-It helps in fat loss
-It helps in muscle growth
-It helps to improve Testosterone level
Short term and long term consequences of not having enough sleep:
-Insulin sensitivity decreases (Cause of diabetes)
-Appetite increases
-Stress increases
-Obesity problem
-Cardio vascular diseases
Etc.
How to improve your sleep:
-Try not to consume caffeine before 5-6 hr of going to bed.
-Try to avoid too much alcohol
-Drug abuse causes sleep problem
-Shift work also cause sleep problem
-Have dark env while sleeping
-Have alarm to go to bed
-Start tracking ur sleep
