Step 2: Supplements
Bryan takes about 25 pills everyday
Step 3: Track progress.
Bryan has had 100s of measurements taken.
Some are standard, such as biofluids and fitness scores.
Some are advanced, such as MRI and ultrasound.
And some uncommon, such as lungs, nerves, hearing, and intestinal tract.
But the blueprint is more than food and supplements.
It's also a combination of daily exercise, great sleep, and a skincare routine.
My experience.
Under the guidance of a health coach, personal trainer & mobility specialist I got the below modified plan:
Supplement & Workout routine
I got to be on the diet for 3 months and definitely enjoyed it and felt good on it.

Chris Gibson is 60 years old with an ageless skin.
He credits his youthful appearance to a simple, consistent routine.
Here is all you need to know about this routine.
Plus, the only ingredients you need to get similar results.
Let’s start with the basics of the routine:
1. Keep your hair out of your face with a headband to avoid buildup or bleaching around the hairline from ingredients like Retinoid or lactic acid present in these products. 2. Always keep your skin hydrated. 3. Use water-based serums before oils or moisturizers. 4. Always wear sunscreen to protect against sun damage.
MORNING ROUTINE:
Step 1: Cleansing
Chris washes his face in the morning if he used heavy moisturizers overnight. Otherwise, he steams his skin with a warm washcloth to remove facial oil.
Step 2: Hydration
He sprays Mario Badescu Facial Spray, which contains Aloe Vera and Sage, to hydrate.
Step 3: Exfoliation
Chris applies the Alpha Skin Care Renewal Serum, formulated with 14% glycolic acid, for 1 – 2 minutes to exfoliate and increase the speed at which the skin produces new cells (cellular turnover).
As we get older the skins slows cell production. So, a product like this helps to speed up the process and reduces the appearance of wrinkles and lines.
She’s currently the highest ranking woman in the world.
She is ageing 33% slower each year, and the costliest thing on her protocol is a $299 Electric Toothbrush.
Her protocol is so simple that you can begin tomorrow!
A breakdown🧵
Jenvel's simple and budget-friendly protocol complements her career as a business consultant who travels often.
Compared to some other longevity protocols, hers is easer to follow and requires a fraction of what others spend on equipment, supplementation and expert guidance.
Let’s dive in!
For starters, Jenvel tries to make the best use of her time by using:
- Instacart for grocery deliveries to save 3hrs/w from in-person shopping
- Healthy meal delivery services to save approx. 14hrs of cooking/cleaning
A team of Italian scientists recently published an eye-opening study on microplastics and cardiovascular diseases.
Here’s what they found (it’s not good):
For 34 months, the scientists examined 257 patients with plaques in their carotid arteries. They found micro- and nanoplastics in the plaques of 58% of them.
They possessed a 4X higher risk of suffering stroke, heart attack, and death than those in whom these plastics weren’t detected.
This is concerning.
Microplastics are everywhere—water, food, clothes, and even the air—and they can infiltrate the plaque tissue.
The study raises possible risks these plastics pose to our health, especially as previous studies have linked them to obesity, infertility, cancer, and mental illness.
