The campaign for Scottish Independence comes to an end.
The campaign for Scottish Civil Rights and Democracy begins.
All the old arguments and debates are obsolete
Obvious one is the denial of a referendum.
That makes every election in the future a referendum on Independence

Meanwhile the case for Scottish Self Determination goes to International Law which trumps and therefore bypasses UK jurisdiction.
The case is strong and beyond disputing where the UN Statute on Self Determination comes into play because of Supreme Court ruling.

EU/EURO/UK/SCOTLAND/REFERENDUM
The next referendum will result in a different reaction from the EU with regard to the EURO question.
No longer encumbered by the internal political maneuverings by a member state.

The EU will not accept information / propaganda / media manipulation of their political stance by the UK on the subject and will be upfront right from the start regarding their position on Scotland-membership and their policy on joining the EURO

There will be scant goodwill this time from the EU towards the UK and they will call it as it is.
It's their currency and it credibility in the international financial markets at stake.
(From the EU already it has all been positive regarding Scotland and membership)

Devolution
Devolution was conceived by the Labour Party not for the better governance of Scotland but as the future Lord Robertson said it 'Would kill the SNP stone dead'
That was the mindset from the start of deception and a con on the Scottish people.

Tony Blair confirmed that thinking with his rare truthful comment 'Scottish Devolution will be no more than a glorified County Council'
In other words a Labour fiefdom which is how they saw councils in Scotland.
It was no mistake the first bit of legislation was a betrayal

Donald Dewar signed off the 1999 Marine Boundary Order passing 6,000 sq miles of Scottish Seaboard to English jurisdiction.
Be in no doubt this was an intentional marking down the natural order of things not only to the Labour Party in Scotland but to re assure UK establishment

UK Supreme Court Ruling on a Scottish Referendum.
The decision is not as cut and dried as a lot of people think.
These judges involved will be well aware of the historic repercussions and the set of events it then puts into play with no rolling back on their ruling

The 1698 Claim of Rights declared that the Scottish People are Sovereign enshrined into the Treaty of Union and reratified on many occasions.
The principle that the UK is a voluntary Union.
These will be definitive and would change the standing of the component part of the UK

Should the court rule in favor of the UK Government all these statutes are voided and the relationship between Scotland and the UK changes. It will be a completely new set of circumstances, politics, policies and actions the dynamics of the quest for self determination changes

Daily Mail 'Secret' recording SNP meeting in House of Commons has led not unsurprisingly a lot of Press and Broadcaster bullshit, misinformation, evasion and diversion.
Therefore here are some bullet points regarding what has been a massive own goal for the Press and Broadcasters

Daily Mail reported they had a recording obtained by 'Secret' means which is interesting in itself in how they referred to how they got it.
Not a whistleblower or insider (ie SNP MP)
Suspect legal guidance to avoid a lawsuit

SNP MP's and the membership from top to bottom would not give the Daily Mail the heat off their piss.
This leaves 3 possible sources for the recording.
1. Press
2. MI5
3. Unionist elements

Every Unionist argument being turned back on them is a joy to behold.
The old faithful's cut and pasted from Better Together and trotted are now seen as an opportunity by the Independence movement to discredit their argument on their timelines and threads.
Examples like

Once in a Generation.
There are 500,000 new legible voters on the electoral roll since 2014.
Are Unionists serious in sending a message to them your opinion does not matter on Scottish Independence.
If so come out and say it or shut up.

Monarchy.
The Scottish People are Sovereign and Monarchs reign over the Scots by the whim of the people. That's why they are made not crowned King or Queen of Scots not Scotland
Scottish people will decree if there's a monarchy no political party making the ruling beyond dispute
