November 2022 RCCG Fast.

By 6pm we are to gather in various Parishes and cry to God for one (1) hour : Only Three (3) Prayer Points (No Music, No other Activity).

1. At 6:00pm, we begin to Praise God.

II. After about Twenty (20) Minutes; we will cry to God for Mercy; we will confess all our sins - as many of our sins as we can remember for another 20 Minutes.

III. The last Twenty (20) Minutes; we will cry to God for Mercy for our Nation (Nigeria).

This should be done everyday for six (6) days.

On the seventh (7th) day; Friday 2nd December 2022,we will gather at the Redemption City of God and start praying by 7:00pm (West Africa Time)

I.We begin to praise Him -We could sing, dance, and praise Him in anticipation of answers to our prayers.

II.We will have one (1) solid hour of "Individual Praise" for His goodness and mercy without any disturbance.

III.Followed by one (1) solid hour of confession and asking Him to forgive us.

IV. And then, there will be one (1) solid hour of you crying to God for mercy.

V. After that, we will leave the rest to God.

What are the things that the flesh usually tells you to do? They are listed in Galatians 5:19-21 as you must have earlier read in today’s Bible text. You think that you can view a few pictures or videos on social media where someone is almost nude and it is okay.

You are quenching the Spirit. That little window you give to indulge the flesh will strengthen it such that you would find yourself going back to those pictures/videos after that time. The Bible is very clear – don’t ever do anything that will quench the Spirit. Never!

Do you know that there are some things that are not sins, but can strengthen the flesh to the point of eventually quenching the Spirit? Examples include not fasting (Psalm 35:13), not being able to abstain from sex even with your legally wedded spouse (1 Corinthians 7:5),

Deliverance can be in various forms;

1. The Almighty God can deliver you, when you’re passing through a problem. Daniel 3:13-30.
God in His infinite wisdom, may allow you go through a problem if it’s going to give Him greater glory.

I condemn in the strongest possible terms, attacks launched by the Nigerian military on unarmed young people, who have been peacefully protesting police brutality over the last 12 days as #EndSARS protests.

I am confounded that prior to the sad events at the #LekkiTollGate, the Nigerian Police failed to arrest the weapon-bearing hoodlums who were attacking the well-organized and non-violent #EndSARS protesters.

The condemnable actions of the military risks driving the agitations of the young people underground, thereby making the situation unmanageable.

The Redeemed Christian Church of God, popularly known by its acronym RCCG, is one of the fastest growing churches in the world, spreading to over 179 countries in the world.

The church was born in 1952 in a vision God showed the founder of the mission- Late Pa Akindayomi.

In Pa Akindayomi’s account of his encounter with God in the vision, he said God told him the church would go to the ends of the earth and that when the Lord Jesus Christ appeared in glory, He would meet the church.
