There is no evidence that the attacker, who identifies as nonbinary and uses “Mx.”, was in any way inspired by Focus on the Family, nor by any conservative or Christian organization. Neither @FocusFamily nor @FRCdc encourage or support violence or shootings against LGBT people
Even so, organizations like the Southern Poverty Law Center suggest that disagreement with the LGBT activist movement equates to an instigation of violence and “stochastic terrorism,” thus implicating those who dare to dissent in violent attacks.

My book, #MakingHatePay: The Corruption of the Southern Poverty Law Center, explained how a once-noble civil rights organization became a left-wing smear factory, placing conservative groups on a “hate map” with the Ku Klux Klan. This strategy helps explain why Focus got attacked

“BLOOD ON YOUR HANDS”: @FocusFamily was vandalized after the SPLC suggested its “hate” inspired the Club Q shooting. The SPLC tied the shooting to “anti-LGBTQ hate,” but the shooter identifies as non-binary

dailysignal.com/2022/11/29/blo…
Focus on the Family President @DalyFocus condemned the shooting, and the SPLC didn’t mention his condemnation. The SPLC also mentioned a Christian “hate group,” the Pray in Jesus Name Project, whose founder explicitly condemned the shooting.
SPLC was not the only left-leaning group to mention Focus on the Family in Club Q shooting coverage, but its article stands out for a few reasons: SPLC suggested that "right-wing" figures pushing "hate" sparked the attack, it cited "hate group" accusations against Christians,

EXCLUSIVE: National midwife conference bans pro-life OB-GYN group @AAPLOG amid threats to decertify medical professionals who spread abortion "misinformation."

dailysignal.com/2022/11/02/exc…
"Physicians and midwives who care for both of their patients, both the pregnant mother and the human being in her womb, are being systematically bullied and eliminated from being able to practice medicine," @AAPLOG CEO Dr. Donna Harrison told @DailySignal
.@ACNMmidwives excluded the pro-life group of OB-GYNs from its national conference because they oppose abortion. A few months earlier, @BoardOBGYN threatened to decertify physicians who spread "misinformation" on abortion, after endorsing abortion as health care.

The @nytimes's @emmagf described the Crown Heights riots as "clashes" "pitting groups of Hasidic Jews against mostly Black men." Orthodox Jewish leaders condemned her article for having "whitewashed" a pogrom. dailysignal.com/2022/10/31/jew…
.@cjvalues Exec. Dir. @ymenken said this description is as accurate as describing the Holocaust as "pitting groups of Jews against Nazi SS on the streets of Europe."
He told @DailySignal that the article - which focuses on Hasidic political involvement and mentions @RepLeeZeldin - "makes Hasidic voting look somehow nefarious." Yet "the Hasidic community simply wants liberty to preserve its lifestyle."

Seven Democrat senators, including Liz Warren and Bernie Sanders, demonized @HeartbeatIntl in a letter insinuating that pregnancy centers use women’s health data to prosecute women. They did this amid a rash of violence against pro-life centers

dailysignal.com/2022/09/20/san…
“It is important to note that not one of the senators listed in the letter condemned actual violence and vandalism against pregnancy help centers this summer,” @jorelg said in a statement to @DailySignal
“Democrats are trying extremely hard to shut down organizations that exist to help women in need,” @NIFLA’s @annenifla told @DailySignal. Elizabeth Warren “says she is ‘pro-choice,’ but, really, she is just about one choice: abortion.”

Republican legislators aiming to combat critical race theory in schools aren't trying to ban free speech but rather to uphold anti-discrimination laws like the Civil Rights Act. foxnews.com/politics/anti-…
Critical race theory "is a lens by which you view every aspect of society; it's something you adapt, it's a worldview," @Heritage_Action's @JessAnderson2 said. CRT "divides people by race and when that lens is applied to anything in society the result is going to be segregation."
"This is very clearly about rooting out discrimination and racism for everyone," Arizona State Rep. Jake Hoffman, R-Gilbert, told Fox News. "This furthers the work of our civil rights leaders who fought so hard to get us to where we are today."
