That's a pdf hotlink. Apologies, but it's the only single document I know of that has all the specifications for gasoline and diesel fuel and the various levels of specifications for all countries.
*TBP is "True Boling Point" a laboratory test of distillation temperature. Should have written that higher up.
Note for the near future twitter space and on this: Despite my great respect for Hydrocarbon Processeing as an industry source they made a big feaux paux here: Never send heavy coker gasoil to fuel oil. It ideally goes to a hydrocracker to make a lot of high quality diesel.
