Big pardon news out of Oregon: "The pardon will remove 47,144 convictions for possession of a small amount of marijuana ..."

More than $14,000,000 in fines and fees will be forgiven as well through this pardon from outgoing Gov. Kate Brown.
Note from the Oregon pardons FAQ (drive.google.com/file/d/1Y3NEVl…): Noncitizens ARE included.

"Are non-citizens excluded from the Governor’s marijuana pardon?"

"No. Governor Brown’s marijuana pardon applies to both citizens and non-citizens, and does not exclude
non-citizens."
