Web3 destination is not decentralized consensus/ settlement (2nd Gen of Web3), but FULL-STACK decentralized cloud (3rd Gen of Web3)

1.5y at launch it was said #ICP is years ahead with its tech. It was intriguing back then. But I see it now.

SNS enables for the 1st time full-stack DAO services, #Bitcoin integration is the 1st time smart contracts can interact with BTC, and tECDSA enables signing transactions on other chains (direct, wo bridges[!]).
