Shelling locations reported by the Ukrainian general staff.
Weather
No change on the prognosis.
Sub zero temperatures both night and day expected in the north for the second half of next week.
We will see dropping temperatures in the south too.
With temperatures below zero both day and night, it's likely the mud will be less of a problem. It might create opportunities for offensive maneuvers.
Svaotve-Kreminna
The AFU repulsed an attack around Stelmakhivka. They also report RuAF are focusing on offensives north of Svatove but are more defensive around Kreminna.
Wargonzo reports continued AFU offensives both north and south of Svatove. Reports from RU BARS-13 reservist unit in Kreminna states the AFU are very close to the south west of the town.

Siversk-Bakhmut
The AFU repulsed attacks around Bilohorivka, Verkhn'okam'yans'ke and Spirne. Wargonzo reports RU attacks around Optyne, Bakhmuts'ke and Yakovlivka. (They don't exactly say that, but that is my interpretation of it)
Donetsk
Continued fighting around the usual suspects Pervomais'ke, Krasnohorivka and Nevel's'ke outcome unclear.
RU sources report they are shelling heavy on the frontline south of Donetsk. This means nothing, it could be true, it could be a lie.
I believe the Dnipro divides the battlefield here. I still don't believe there is any kind of ground assault going on at Kinburn. I think it's psyops , rumors and translation/interpretation problems.

That is about it for now when it comes to the operational status.

šŸ§µA dive in to the importance of Luhansk as a logistics hub for the Russians.

I will provide some though on why Luhansk city is a key location for the Russian logistics apparatus with the help of some very high resolution satellite images and a few maps.
Luhansk is located roughly at the mid point of the active frontline, just out of HIMARS range. Technically it's just in range, but it would require the AFU to shoot from an active combat zone, and that would be too risky.
This is Yuvileine, on the outskirts of Luhansk. About half of the town consists of an industrial area with a large coal mine. This area functions as a logistics hub for the Russian Armed Forces.
