2 o clock at night, a young female patient presented to me in ER in a collapsed state. She was BP less with a feeble pulse rate and blood all over her trouser. Her attendant was her husband, he told me that it was their first night of marriage and she started bleeding, but 1/4

Resuscitation part was horrible, No blood bank facility was available there. No fluids were there in the hospital. So I just packed her and referred her to a tertiary care hospital, fortunately, the rescue guys had fluids in their ambulance. Sex education is important guys. 4/4
