HEALTHY FOODS YOU MUST HAVE IN YOUR KITCHEN #series

This food support your healthy living journey and boost immune system.

Read this //:
NUMBER 1
Garlic;

You’ve probably heard that garlic is medicinal, and it is absolutely true,

but it is not hyped enough.

Once upon a time, garlic was called the Russian Penicillin because,

during the World War II after running out of antibiotics, Image
...the Russian government turned to garlic treatment for it’s soilders.

Garlic has:
👉🏽Anti microbial properties: That means it has antibiotic, anti fungal, anti viral properties and it reduces inflammation.

👉🏽Reduces risk for stroke

👉🏽Has Vitamin C, Zinc and Calcium...
... -
👉🏽Immune properties: Reduces infection duration and kills microbes.

Detox: Triggers the phase 1, phase 2 detoxification of the liver &

converts fat soluble toxins to water soluble.

👉🏽 Hepato protective properties:
Helps to bullet proof liver cells and has significant..
... effect in reducing liver enzymes (AST and ALT)

High liver enzymes = Liver damage

Best way to activate Alicin compound that triggers most of these benefits is to crush and leave for 10mins before use.
P.S buy Garlic from local farmers not malls that likely imported them.

And don’t over do it.

When you think of DETOXING YOUR LIVER, you think of juicing a vegetable or consuming low fat,

but that is not what a LIVER DETOX is all about.

You can reverse your fatty liver by just following these simple rules.

Read this//:
The issue of just drinking a juice to cleanse your liver is actually not the liver that is getting cleansed directly,

It is just the part of a whole.

When your liver has finished with toxin filtration, it can end up in the bowel for excretion,
...what the “juice cleanse” does is remove the waste from the bowel to prevent it from getting re-absorbed,

not really cleansing the liver itself.

For a fatty liver to be successfully reversed , all the phases of detoxification must be supported.

Your tongue’s supposed to have a specific color, once it shifts from the norm, then it signifies a problem or an imbalance.

Read this //:

But if it’s coated with a thick layer especially with a white fluff, then you probably have Oral Candidiasis- A yeast fungus overgrowth.
Warning: A lab test is the most appropriate way to draw a conclusion on Candidiasis.

Normally there are trillions of good bacteria that keep the bad bacteria in check ,

So if there’s an imbalance of the good and bad where the bad overtakes the good,...

* not just the picture tho.
What is wrong with the health advice in general.
Answer: The fact that there is a reasonable amount of sugar especially fructose in the banana, makes the whole advice incorrect.

Whatever benefits that it can do can be gotten from other foods.
