VCPL had given a loan of 400 crores to Pranay and Radhika Roy in 2008,that too interest free.
In return of this both of them had given 29% stakes in their company RRPR to VCPL.
NDTV is only a small part of this RRPR.

Now another well-known journalist Sanjay Puglia has been made the new main director.
So now Puglia will run the show at NDTV.
