(1) There's a Georgia senate contest to win, or so the RNC narrative is sold... Yet look at how much time the RNC lawyers are spending on Twitter, doing everything except working on the GA senate contest. Now ask yourself what do you see from the DNC lawyers? 
(2) Simultaneously, there's an entire ecosphere of punditry, what would be called "Conservative Inc", financially attached to the RNC game.

(3) All of this is essentially a big grifting game of pretending. However, in the background, where the boots are on the ground, the GA Dem team and DNC is gathering ballots, facilitating voting, working the activist network, and - not coincidentally - winning in court.
(4) Why the big difference? Why is the GOP grassroots always frustrated? The reason is not that difficult to figure out, if you stop pretending:
The ideology of the DNC drives their donor activity.

(5) The priority of the DNC is to win, and by extension to control the mechanisms that deliver them $$.

The DNC is working to advance their interests by winning an election. The RNC is working to advance their interests; defending failures because the risk is not losing an election, it's their bank accounts.
