Sharsheret - for people of all faiths to find financial and emotional support. I was matched with a social worker who sent a care pack and matched me with a mentor sharsheret.org

Gilda's Club - I was incredibly overwhelmed at diagnosis but soon landed at my local chapter. Since I've utilized creative writing and art workshops, survivorship support, and even a free turkey at Thanksgiving gildasclubmadison.org

HairToStay - the prospect of hair loss was incredibly upsetting for me and this organization provided funding for scalp cooling (with my dr's blessing). I kept about 50% of my hair through harsh TC chemo hairtostay.org

LiveStrong Fertility - cancer can affect fertility and I was offered a chance at egg collection before chemo. The medications alone for the process were over $7k. This organization funded them quickly. livestrong.org/what-we-do/pro…

Cleaning for a Reason - everyday chores can be overwhelming during cancer treatment. This org matched me with a local cleaning service who came twice, free of charge. This helped me rest and free up time for self care cleaningforareason.org

ACS Reach to Recovery - matches you with someone who's had a similar diagnosis and treatments. Connect via chat, phone, or email. My mentor was a 20 yr survivor of my specific cancer type and gave me so much hope cancer.org/support-progra…

Young Survivor Coalition - the Facebook group has been my #1 go to resource when I have questions about other's experiences with treatments, side effects, fertility, sexual health, etc. I receive honest and supportive comments. youngsurvival.org

CancerCare Helping Hand - this resource is updated yearly with all sorts of stuff to help with cancer related expenses, care, and information. I kept going back to it when I needed info. media.cancercare.org/publications/o…
