- not much different from banknotes, but being digital it is easier, faster and cheaper

- Types (Wholesale/Retail CBDC)
- Models for issuance and management (Direct, Indirect or Hybrid model)
- Form (Token/Account based)
- Instrument Design (Remunerated/Non-remunerated)
- Degree of Anonymity

As per the requirements of Section 17 of the Registration Act 1908, registration of a Rent Agreement for a property, on lease for a year or more is compulsory

Now, why do Both the Tenant and the Landlords prefer not to get it registered ??

- In case of an agreement being registered, payment of stamp duty and registration fee is there which increases the cost of agreement
