Once a Year, Doc says: How are You Doing?
I say OK.
Depending on our Historical Relationship, Doc looks at chart & MRI & does basic exam. Doc might know You better than some & Might ask: Really? Then give You some time & only have 5 minutes & Me Patient doesn’t want to hear more.

Denial, The Dwindles, The polishing up before an appointment. Look the best You Can. Don’t want to disappoint the Doc, or Yourself. Now My War on using #Gadolinium as Contrast before MRI. Retained Metal. @US_FDA knows. I tweet. Am I successful? Can I (Patient) reform old ways? 🤔

I believe Retaining #Gadolinium after an MRI is a Major Detriment to My Health. I have 13 specialists who deny,slyly roll their eyes. I only tell them once. Now We have a Divide. I stop telling them, they keep ordering Gad. I want to donate my body at death to be tested for Gad.

I finally put Allergic to Gadolinium on my chart & medic alert watchband. I take notes Before appointment. Our scarred up brains need to Write Answers Before sitting on the tissue paper exam table. Doctors:Send a list of questions in advance of once a Year appointment.
